icegermany i think during pregnancies we can just eat what we like and i can understand that there is always a tension of getting fatter but we cant even give off eating thinking about the baby, so i suggest you better try to eat as much fruits and remain far of from too...

icegermany yes, cakes, pastries, biscuits and most of the baked items consist of butter and accumulate to much of fat in body and hence possibilities of getting fatter, better to avoid and good luck to lose weight.

icegermany i think you are right a low carbohydrate diet is very important but it is going to be difficult for me as we are used to eating tasty dishes, non-veg and all so cutting down that is difficult.
