Who is the scammer? Paypal or Upbux?

I was thinking of joining upbux this morning. But I saw a post at the front page saying that paypal account for upbux was being limited and upbux has been depositing all the money there so right now they can't pay the members....

icekeeper21 actually at present its same problem with what i have that i cannot cashout my upbux. am not quite sure who's the scam both parties and we may say the other and the other one may say the other. the best thing to right now is ask some from the upbux to inform...

icekeeper21 there are many sites that you can search on the net but one can i recommend is http://www.neobux.com/?-icekeeper21. just look for good sites and not the scammers sites coz they will not pay you for what you do!
