Who is the scammer? Paypal or Upbux?

actually at present its same problem with what i have that i cannot cashout my upbux. am not quite sure who's the scam both parties and we may say the other and the other one may say the other. the best thing to right now is ask some from the upbux to inform us though they have a letter that testifies that they are not scam while the other have not also they make a point that they have some letter also from a former employee from paypal that stands as a witness whats happening inside that certain company. the problem that i have right now is that i already enrolled my bank account with paypal but one thing is that i am not sure if they can get some money from my account without confirming them at there email they given to me. do someone can share with about this problem... send some info pls...

personally i have not had any issues with paypal and have been a member there for a long time. it seems that it is the international members that have the most issues with them for some reason. i would have to say i would put this on the site upbux, cause as someone else said palmbux went through pretty much the same problem and was able to get it fixed and still made their payments i got my first one on that site recently. i can't say anything bad about paypal except their fees are a bit much for my liking, but they have saved me alot of money when companies have tried to rip me off so i have to take their side, cause they have helped me, but i don't think they have the greatest customer service either.

Honestly, I mentioned elsewhere that I had mixed feelings with them as paypal are doing quite well for others and this is the 2nd time upbux has been investigated so there may be other things we are not hearing, I'm not sure. As the line is kind of blurry here, there are things that we've had heard of before and things we don't want to believe because well, our money is inside. At least to my knowledge.

I am not sure. I can say that some problem is there with Paypal for Indian users. I have not get the payment from supportbux..........

I am glad that I reached payout just a week before this happened. I find pretty suspicious that they don't let you log into the forum to discuss about the matter, after saying "you have to log in to respond this discussion". I don't know what to think, but I find Upbux announcement a little suspicious too.

Yes, same as you, I was very surprised by Paypal's sudden bad reputation. Maybe it's because I assumed that I can trust Paypal for I never had any issues using it as a receiving or sending of payment. So when I searched for other information, I couldn't help but gave a second thought about this whole UpBux vs Paypal thing. But the points that many mylotters has mentioned does seems to be more convincing and till now, (and I hope in the future as well), I have no problem with Paypal's payment (receiving or sending) procedure. But I hope whatever the issues are right now will be resolved soon for UpBux and its members.

I don't know anything about Upbux but I do know without doubt that paypal is not a scam! I have been with them for a long time and I'm very pleased and satisfied with the service they provide. I think that upbux may be trying to pull the wool over people's eyes! I have never used them though so I don't know anything about them. I feel safe with paypal! Andrew

No idea .It may be paypal or it may not be.There are lot of complints about paypal now a days but mostly last for few weeks.Whats the need of closing the site if problem is temporary?

Hi minotaur, Even i read that article just now, We are also not able to login as well as not able to view the adds as well. I hope and my guess is on upbux itself but earlier even palmbux was facing the situation and that got sorted out recently. Have a great day.

That sucks that Upbux has become a scam.Although they did pay me once,I was almost halfway to my next payment.What a waste of my time and effort that was.

Oh well, that remains to be seen. But before this happened to upbux, It's totally obvious that paypal problems is very visible especially here in mylot. There are lot of discussions made regarding paypal problems. And maybe, (just maybe, I hope not) upbux ride the so-called paypal problems as their excuse to refrain from paying and eventually close. Because as we all know (upbux members) they also have the alertpay payment processor, then why they also cancel all their payments to members using alertpay.

I am a member of neobux which is exactly the same as upbux. neobux also had a problem in paying to there members to pay-pal account. Later they started to pay them to pay-pal account. I am not sure about upbux but I would suggest you to wait since neobux has solved this why cant upbux can. Wait for some more time and i hope it will take long time.
