Does anybody know how can i format my flash drive? It won't let me explore it and says i have to format it first but when i want to do that i receive this error "Windows was unable to complete the format" ... I tried to format it...

ichinoboy ok, your last option is to try my first method using any windows installation cd.. if that still doesn't work, try to return it if it has warranty XD... it probably has a corrupted firmware

ichinoboy open source means that you can edit or modify the software or os in any way you like.

ichinoboy hmmm try to use disk management then before trying to use it on an optical drive.. right click my computer and choose manage, then choose disk management on the new windows... now try to format your flash drive there..

ichinoboy hmmm sounds like a bad sector to me. try this, insert any windows installer cd and boot from that, when the screen that shows the discs appears, use and format it. respond if you need more help.
