imaginaryfigment thanks and lik the other poster said, if you can carry a paper bag around, breathing in it can usually help with hyperventilation and help control that panicky fleeing feeling that rises up from deep inside somewhere and helps settle you.

imaginaryfigment its just very unnerving. One day youre regularing visiting your pediatric cardiologist and the next your searching for an adult cardiologist and they seem to have less information on your condition than you do!
