Some people can't stay away from sweets .my dad like sweets very much .he will have them after finishing supper.Eating too much sugar is not good enough for health.Sugar content does nothing,just does harm.I don't eat sweets...

Inna Lee speaking about sweets, I don't really like it but I prefer to eat some fruit snacks such as "Smyrna figs soft&sultry supesnacks" or coconut chips with caramel sea salt or dried cranberries they're really tasty and healthy
