If one of the commandments are Do not worship any engraven images or anything but me your god then isn't it wrong when people worship statues, crosses, mary,etc. what do you think?

jedimind i think some people just need a concept of something to worship. But you are totally right, we should worship God himself and not images that reminds us of God. but saying that, as humans, i guess we can't really fully grasp the concept of who God is,...

jedimind i don't want to be a professional singer, because i know i'm not good enough. And even if i was, i think the lifestyle is hard to maintain. But yes, i want to sing. Singing is a good way to expression ones feelings and emotions.

jedimind yup, a verse in the bible that would support this idea can be found in 2 Peter 3:8 where it says that one day to the Lord is like a thousand years.

jedimind true. i have no problem with God being able to create the earth in 6 days. He could do anything He wants because he is God. i only wonder how we should view creation in the light of all the scientists telling us that the world was create millions of years ago
