Today, I just stay in the school for whole morning. My co-teacher and me decided to get our board certificate at the PRC. It is written there that we can claim it after 6 months.We are supposed to go there in month of May but...

How do you relax yourself when under stress

Long time being under stress have maked me gloomy and upset. Anything could bore me. I think I should get some action to relax myself. Mybe making a phone call with my friend or jogging in the morning would make me feel good.

jiashan42 I think you should go outside with your friends.play with your friend you will not feel lonely . you have something in your mind . you can talk with your mothers . If you are a sports freak . this time you can use this energy to relax yourself .
