jitters I drink milk everyday. I usually have a glass of milk and some cookies or a piece of cake in the mornings before I go to work. At night I usually drink a glass of milk before I go to bed. I have always liked milk. It is really good if it is very very cold.

jitters I prefer to work Early Morning, the reason is I work in retail,stocking shelves and building displays in stores all over town. The earlier the better, because there are very few people out shopping at that time of day.

jitters I would offer my help. i would go over to my neighbor and ask what I could do to help them. if they said they needed a place to stay I would offer my spare bedroom. They could stay with me as long as they needed to. i would do what ever I could to help them.
