Can I really make decent money over internet writing articles.

I am new to article writing or blogging and curious if I can really earn decent amount of money over internet by writing articles. And how much if I can spend 2 hours a day? I am a software programmer in .Net related technologies....

joelanober I have a friend who writes articles and other stuff and he was paid according to the agreement set by his business partner. He is a shaddow writer of a successful businessman. He really earned money. And that times 2, because he is also working in our company....
