Happy Lady and Freya the Catblog Cat I could not afford to drink most days, but do like the occasional glass of wine. The acid test would be if you can cut one of those days out and be fine with it.

Neha211985 Its really easy to deny that you are wrong. Its difficult to accept but if you know something is wrong at least you are conscious and you can overcome your habit of drinking.

hereandthere is it beer or wine? how many glasses/bottles each session? do you drink alone or with others? if you're starting to have second thoughts, then maybe try slowing down, for example, do a different activity when you feel the urge, and see how it works out.
