karimunnisa i am spending 6 or 8 hours for sleeping . 6 or 8 hours is depending upon the the day.if i have any work in the morning i slept only for 6 hours.otherwise i slept for 8 hours.

karimunnisa setting in front of a computer is not an easy task .it lot of problems .the main problem with eyes .for avoiding problem with eyes make use of computer glass or you can use good quality of monitor like LCD. the CRT monitors is enemy to the eyes .please avoid...

karimunnisa i definitely live with him, and at the same time i want to remove this problem by told with him taking air with nose .this is the perfect way to take air .this way is helpful for snores people .
