kerryns That's true. I dont recall there being a great deal of splatter so it probably wasn't hot enough. Thanks for your response.

kerryns Thanks laydee. I cooked them in the frypan, but we do have a fryer so I think I'll pull that out next time and try your trick. Thanks!
