No payment received from protypers..

i using protyper account from 3 weeks in the first week it didnt pay me in second week it payed me half of my balance i.e. 3.15 out of 6$. And this week i didnt get any payout now my blalance is 7$ i am gng mad please tell me if...

i use paypal. even though i have paypal balance to purchase something online i need to add credit card to my paypal account so i cannot purchase anything online...But i have have a doubt. with alertpay balance can i purchase...
