kiwigal I was shown to drink lots of water but that never really worked although did help. I think when my mums new husband showed us to have a coffee before going to sleep after a hard nite was the best advice ever, and cheapest, lol

kiwigal Before I forget, I did teach my child if a stranger grabbed them or talked to them and they did not know them, they run to the nearest adult. I told them to scream there lungs out and run like mad. I am glad for that and continue to do so.
