kiwigal I suggest you check the simple stuff out first, like leads, connections, powerpoint, plugs etc.........I had this once and it was a internet lead and paid for a techie for no reason. Perhaps if you have spare leads that would help, but no power means...

kiwigal Before I forget, I did teach my child if a stranger grabbed them or talked to them and they did not know them, they run to the nearest adult. I told them to scream there lungs out and run like mad. I am glad for that and continue to do so.
