kprabhu some time it just happend the channel owner just doing for their business run, but it should be controlled as it grew like a slow poison.

kprabhu yes vegetables are less in calories as it is very useful for old ages but for young people it would gain the healthier life.i heard that having vegetables improves ones memory power and keeping active brain.

kprabhu yup,can find lot of argument on you, but for me one human being can take non-veg food upto his age of 35+ over that year will make problems. but this limitation is not in veg food.
