Do Black or colored people get skin cancer?

Just something which just popped into my head. I am wondering if their dark color protect them from the sun. Can a black person get sunburn?

kungfuli109 acutally, it does matter on your skin tone, because our skin produces these chemical that can block UV from the sun. Though we do need the sun to give up vitamin D. Meaning that we should go out in the sun, just not for a long period of time. People with...
