Can I do paypal to paypal money transfer with out verifying paypal account?

I want to send money from my paypal account to my friend paypal account. Without verifying paypal account, can I do it? Please help.

lankagirl Yes you must do that.you can verify it using your visa or other credit card.but can`t do with debit card .But Fromsome banks can do that.you want to know how to earn money using Alertpay account you can vist this site http://srilankanbeachgirl.blogspot.com/
