leongleong1 get a hobby and try to concentrate on your hobby since it diverts you away from food as long as your hobby is not eating I think you will do just fine hehe.. I know this cause i tried it I was able to lose a few pounds when I spent most of my time playing Dota...

leongleong1 I dont really believe in online gambling since they are controlled electronically, i would prefer real gambling where i can actually see the dice, cards or the ball on the roulette tab;e physically
