levymartinez I tried electric pump and the result was, my milk can't even produce 4oz bottle of milk. I thought that it is because a certain muscle in your breast is not totally working compared if the child is the one doing it.

levymartinez I think I've read that although fruits and vegetables are good, they can't supply you the exact percentage of vitamins one should get everyday. For example, 500mg of Vitamin C equals 1/2 truck of Guava. And of course we don't want to eat that thing whole day...
