lilttownmommie it's sad that we have very little foods that we can eat that are not killing us or causing negative effects on our bodies & minds. And it is very sad that the "natural" or Organic foods cost a fortune. Its a shame that it is more expensive to be healthy.

lilttownmommie lol, I face the same battle most nights, my body is telling me to go to bed, but my brain is telling em to stay up on mylot, and usually I have a pile of dishes in the sink or something that I could do around the house while the kids are sleeping, lol.
