I feel life is busy all day and all night,I like comuter,but my job is a medcine teacher,I have to have lessons every day in class.My wage is very low,I don't know how to change it? :(

Swimming is a great way to exercise during the winter. Of course, it is preferable to swim in an indoor pool unless you live in Florida or Arizona. You can get a good workout and enjoy yourself at the same time.
