lovely_parrot Thanks for your response. I sometimes use the nasale coller, but the effect seems to be not very good. It hurts me a lot when i tear the nasale coller down.It makes me uncomfertable when i thouht someone may staring my headblacks.

lovely_parrot Hi Guys, thanks so much. Your suggestion is very good. You are so professional. But some of the tips maybe not available for me, like drinking minimum 12 glasses of water. hehe, it's difficult for me to do it. Can you drink 12 glasses of water per day?
