I've gain quite a few lbs. in the 2 years and a half that I've been living here in the States... anyone.. could give me any Ideas on how I could lose about 10 lbs in a very short period of time... I'm ussually pretty good and...

lpsanche Thanks for the advice, I sure will take some of it that I didnt know.. About the fast food.. I hate junk food and fast food , so that's not a problem for me... and I can't cut my meal more than I have.. I eat 2 to 3 times a day tops.. and I dont eat snacks.....

lpsanche I don't agree with you.. I think the base of trust and relationships is conversation... so if she would've told her parents before using it.. maybe she wouldnt be in this situation.. maybe their parents would've made the effort to give her something to help...

lpsanche that's exactly why im posting here.. I dont want to loose 10 lbs in an unhealthy way. I do excersice.. but I'm still living on campus.. so I have to deal with On Campus food... which as you know.. it is not really healthy.. sometimes.. i feel like im gaining...
