lsubash520 thank you for your suggestion, but best friends can be very few, and sometimes need to get long straggle to get a best friend, which i have lost already. I dont know whether i will found best one again in my life or not.

My friend wont eat few fruits or vegetables, bcoz of this his health has beeen disturbed and he became very lean these. Share your views about any fruit or vegetable , and how it is helpful in building up good health. happy...

for me im not into soft drinks or any other drinks that's bad for our health... but for many its enjoying to drink such.. I don't know for you... here's just a question to know the opinions of my fellow mylotters!!

lsubash520 I dont know that cocunut water has more sugar content, but i avoids any formation of stones in kidneys and keep ur body cool and health. It is suggested to take cocunut water during summer instead of juice.
