How hard is it for you to drink EIGHT glasses of water a day?

Wendy @jerzgirl (9412) • United States 28 Jul 08

I have often found that consciously drinking eight glasses of water a day as recommended by so many doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, etc, isn't easy. One gets thinking about so many things and to stop and count glasses of water...

do we get enough water

water is healthy
