ly9898 My BF did quit going on 3 weeks now, he couldn't have done it without those 'commit lozenges', he was a 3 pack a day smoker, he has had no withdrawl symptoms at all, he credits this to the "Commit". the house smells beter too!

I went to the beach on March 1st 2007. I love the smell of the ocean air and the birds and sand and the coast guard flying overhead in huge choppers really make me feel at home here in NC, but I don't know if I want to go swimming...

ly9898 I guess if i were in Fla. I wouldn't swim in any lakes where the gators live...I still may go in the ocean but maybe just so far...as for mountain lions. here on the east coast we have none, but we still have those black bears..:)

ly9898 I love the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina, the landscape looks like a sea of mountains. The way i caught the mountains in a photo will let you know why i love them so much.. i'll post one to this discussion..
