maddysmommy My son isn't in school at the moment because the preschools around our way are expensive, and he doesn't qualify for public preschool because my husbands earns too much, so we decided to keep him home until he turns 5 later in the year to attend public school....

Sweetpeas I would love to home school my child I really would, I understand that he needs to be able to be social and make friends etc, but maybe he could join some clubs? I dont know. We also plan to have more children so I might feel differently down the line also...

lovemeer_g I believe every child is different. So u need to follow your instincts as to what ur child wants. In certain serious problems our parents and docs are always trhere. So why worry...be happy and enjoy parenthood.

southernpixie I rarely ever listen to the dr.'s or so-called "experts". I know my kids better than other people. But I more of a problem with people in my family (who don't have kids) telling me what I should/n't do. It really gets under my skin but I try not to let it...

Is it right or wrong? Did you get your babies ears pierced? If not is there a certain age they have to be before you will get it done??? For us, it wasn't the right thing to do. Its cosmetic, it has no good benefit healthwise...

sweetpunch I personally thniks that it is not necessary to do so or to make your child feel pain just for your likeness.Its better if you leave it up to her that when she grow up she can do it if she likes otyherwise it isn;t necessary
