mabelk Yes, I do have one since it is required to have one where I'm living currently. It is mandated by law that one should be insured for at least hospital and out-patient medical treatment. Reference:

mabelk Not really since I often pay with almost the exact amount wherein I will just get a few cents for a change. But once in a while I will have this feeling to count the change and it will coincidentally be that I'm given incorrect change.
