Changing poopy diapers?

I have the hardest time to change poopy diapers. I can change peepy diapers but not poopy. I always throw up afterwords but my wife can do it. Can you change diapers?

Do you tip better of the wiater or waitress is good looking? In my opinion, I have seen people tip a little more if the waiter/waitress is "hot" looking? What are your thoughts?
