Changing poopy diapers?

I have the hardest time to change poopy diapers. I can change peepy diapers but not poopy. I always throw up afterwords but my wife can do it. Can you change diapers?

How old do you think a kid should move from a crib to a small bed?

I am not an expert on kids but I want to know when one should buy a bed with safety bars on them so my 2 year old can move to a bed instead of a crib. How old do you think that she should be before switching over to a bed? Help...
