I haven't made up my mind yet. It's 12.30am here and I can't decide if it should be the start of my fasting. Initially, I had 3 days in mind. Yes, I meant to fast for 3 consecutive days but I would drink plain water (no juice)....

mari49 yeah there's some kind of lemonade detox diet...I think it has to be some kind of special lemonade though. I read the acids suppose to break down the waste thats in your organs or something....
