I think that prayer can help people feel better because praying always helps me so why not pray to tbe lord. He can help you with anything that you need.He can help with so much so get out there and try like you never tried...

Shasta Sooo what is the question? haha Things that make me anxious are when I'm being tested, being in a tight space, and if someone is over my shoulders watching my every little move. I tend to over do things then because I feel the need to be perfect
