which system is best?

I have only ever done iyengar yoga, so I was wondering if anyone has tried other forms and what they are like? I am quite happy doing iyengar as I feel it gives me everything I need but I am also curious about the other types.

master421 well i think iyengar yoga is the most scientific approach to the subject of yoga, the other lack that depth. i did try other teachers, though not any particulat style, iyengar yoga has been impeccable.

I have 3 favorite that I go to everyday and work on. I like Mylot because it is easy and I can say what I want to say without it being perfect. I like this site anno1777 because it is fun and interesting not really like any...

master421 well i have just joined mylot... its nice they pay for discussions... will have to see how much i progress after a few days.. i do not know if it is enough!
