metalhalo You have to look at the main details of the case. Who was the ring leader? Who's idea was it? Who carried out most of the crime? When there's a group of people committing a crime usually there's 1 or 2 people in that group controlling everyone in a way....

metalhalo I usually change out our toothbrushes every 6 months or sooner, depending on just how beat up they look. I hate having to pick out new ones..there's so many varities, manual or electric. It's neverending.

metalhalo It doesn't seem fair but if they think they can get better charges on the top two guys with the other four people's testimonies then that's what they'll go with. They're always about making deals, it makes their job easier and gives them more evidence to work...

Hey, I got speeding ticket, but there's two different things on it. The "offense" says that I was going 76 in a 65, and then in the box that has how fast i was going, it says 70. So I am thinking that maybe I can get the speeding...

metalhalo It would certainly be nice if that was the case but I don't think so...if the speed limit was 65 and it states that you were actually going 70. That's still 5 miles over the speed limit. Course there's always a chance that his written 70 is really a 76...where...

metalhalo I seem to always have a smile on my face. Everything from the start of a new day, to my family, friends and most of all my son's laughter. For me smiling is also contagious. I do love those great memories that will keep me smiling until the end of time....
