Despite the fact that there is no real evidence that doing this leads to any lasting medical problems, I have decided to quit popping my knuckles. Has anyone out there successfully quit doing this? If so, any tips?

mezulu The problem is that I live alone and work mostly online. I hang out with friends a few times a week and see my girlfriend daily, but this still won't be enough to help me quit. Luckily, I have really strong willpower. I'm pretty confident I can do it.
