mfibong both is harmful to health. so for me, none also. taking few shots of alcoholic drink once in a while is good to health though as it can help in cleaning toxics in our body..shots of wine particularly is good to health...

mfibong I make mylot as a break from work in office. Every 2 or 3 hours, I give my mind few minutes to relax and spend some leisure time at mylot. Responding here is a new good way for me to take a break without going out of our office.

mfibong i don't think mylot is wrong..they are just protecting the community from cheaters..if they allow us to just paste text, i'm sure there will be more cheaters..just consider it as a mylot rule..it isn't much of a trouble anyway if we directly type our article...
