miati99 and more all what you need is to be active .may be you don't have time to make sport every day but you can be active it means that you must change your lifestyle by making more activities in your daily work to burn fat & calories

miati99 drinking boiled water is not recommended you can drink naturel water in the morning about 3 cups it's better and you must drink 2 liters of water per day & you will loose weight i try it.you can also drink green tea it's verry good to burn fat

My baby is almost 8 months old and I give her formula all day and then a jar of stage 2 baby food at night. At this age, do you think that 1 jar of baby food a day is enough or should I be giving her more?? She's not a skinny baby...

miati99 you know :feeding babys at night is not recommended,1 jar is more than enought but it's better to stop feeding your baby at night at 8 months old
