Is fast internet connection available everywhere in the states?

It seems 99% of us using the Fast Internet Connection, either cable or DSL. A few percentage only still using dial - up connection. On radio one day, a lady call in and ask advice on fast internet connection; she explained where...

midnighterer1 The satellite is there only option at this point. They would just need the dish set up. Also, even better they can get the "magic jack" (magicjack.com) for they phone situation and save them hundreds of dollars a year regarding there phone bill.
