mitch2012x it depends if you are like you have a cold or something and you get a runny nose yes you can use it but i would recommend using a tissue or something because many people are allergic to nasal spray

Taking pics before eating

I just noticed especially in my facebook friends that whenever they eat in a reataurant or fastfood, most of them take pics of their food before eating and posting it afterwards in social media they had. I am guilty with this one...

mitch2012x i do this alot not just with food but with anything.. like if i get something new this is because i just like my facebook to be active like i do not like not posting something for a few day.. i do not know why its just a habbit of minee lol

I don't know why but im so sick when I wake up. I had a good night rest but when I wake up my body is so weak. I can't sleep anymore but my eyes are teary. Have you had the same experiences? What did you do about it?

mitch2012x i have the same thing.. it is awful i went to the docters and they did some tests but could not find what was wrong so they gave me some tablets which do not work so i went back and they said i just have to wait for it too stop:(
