mommakey I do tip the 20% if the service is good, if its fair then I tip 15%, but if the service sucks I don't tip at all. However, I have had terrible service before and left a few pennies to suggest an insult so the waitress/waiter will know that I just didn't leave...

I try to follow them strictly to be safe.

mommakey I basicly follow all traffic rules - the only one I break is to go slightly above the speed limit on the freeway or highway.

mommakey I do agree with you about the "spirit of affirmative action", but as far as it working or not I don't know. I do know that prejudice is still in full affect against minorities races and woman.
