Which do you prefer? I like both but I can only have one or the other with a meal. Too much carbs :)

monljs I thought it was because of the fiber content of darker grains, but I'm not sure either. I've never really watched my carb intake I guess. :) I did notice that with instant rice, there's not too much difference between brown and white. Taste or nutrition...
