I know of some people who sleeps 2-4 hours every night. Sometimes they don't sleep at all on some instances, yet they can perform daily activities well. Is a good night sleep important to us? Do you think there could be long term...

motski based on my experience...lack of sleep makes someone uneasy..especially if you are new at getting little sleep..maybe the long term effect would be insomnia..i think the reason some could still do productive activities is because of getting used to..the body...
