I dont think it was .. there have been much worse incidents in the past ..americans never realised it because they were never on the receiving end

msmestry I agree with you, according to me the biggest tragedy could be Use of nuck weapons on Japan. to be more accurate, the second bombing. because Americans were aware of distruction of first bombing and still they went for second bombing.
