What Do You Do To Relieve Stress?

I have noticed most of you are here to make money. So this might be a good stress reliever to see accomplishment in the finance department....

mybabymomma It does help sometimes.. I used to do it alot, now when my husband and I fight I mainly just try to get the last word in and run out of the house to go on a walk.

mybabymomma I think laughter is absolutely necessary! It makes you feel so much better about life and helps you to forget the things that are bothering you.. Plus I heard somewhere that it takes more muscles to frown than it does to smile.
