nagaprasad Hi losing weight is simple and getting good structure is difficult. To lose weight try to eat food contains fibre. and also try to take more RAW food. And jogging will also help you.

why do you drink coffee???

actually i don't drink coffee because i don't like that... is any reason to drink coffee or you drink it only for time pass or does it give you strength... then why???

nagaprasad I like coffee. I don't know the exact reason why I like coffee. Since childhood I have been drinking, So that I got used to drinking coffee and I became addicted to it.
