California is apparently considering a bill that would make it illegal to spank children under 3 years old. I'm not sure what to make of it. While I disagree with spanking, and I'm not sure how much of an impression it makes...

natfly2000 No I do not believe that spanking should be banned. I believe that with some children, that is the meathod of disciplin that will work and may be the only method that will work. I have tried it on my preschooler though, and it does not work. Time outs work a...

I have some neighbors that are always getting drunk and being loud in the middle of the night. They will fight, and use fowel language. They even drink in the morning. One time my husband saw the guy urinating on his own house...
