What do you do to concentrate while studying??? In the morning I have a high concentration level but goes away quickly after an hour or two!!! What shall I do???? Any ideas and what works for you???

naveenk453 First of all you have to like what you r doin. Create lot of interest in the subject.... then u will see the difference

naveenk453 Yes , definitely.... i do watch those movies. it makes us forget everything and makes us fresh and energetic. I used to advice even my friends to watch those movies. After watching the movie u can feel a new energy within u.. Doesn't it?
