need4speed hi...i think u cant upgrade to 6.5.....the one who is using 6.1 and 6 can be eligible for upgrading to windows 6.5....i think u should go for HTC THOUCH diamond2 or HTC TOUCH HD.....both r damn good ppc

need4speed i would suggest u should use safari browser,IE or firefox....make sure u delete all ur cookies....and about antivirus i would recommend AVAST antivirus which u can download from site and trial for 60 days....and last but not the least u should ve a ADSL modem...
